Business Development Executive

AVM Labs is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Business Development Executive (BDE) to strengthen client relationships and expand its presence across GCC markets. The candidate will be responsible for managing existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, promoting diagnostic services, and building long-term business relationships. Shift: Rotational (Day / Evening).

• Manage and nurture a portfolio of 100+ active clients across GCC locations.
• Identify and onboard new clients through market mapping and business development activities.
• Promote AVM Labs' diagnostic services and increase brand visibility.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and follow-ups.
• Address client concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and business activities in the ERP system.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Achieve assigned business development targets and contribute to organizational growth.

• Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences (Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry or related fields). DMLT candidates are also eligible.
• Experience: Freshers to 2 years.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and willingness to learn ERP systems.
• Client Relationship Management skills.
• Business Development and Sales knowledge.
