What We Collect
The details contained in your resume, LinkedIn profile, or job application submission; your answers to skill assessments; interview performance notes; and, if selected, mandatory credential verification and onboarding documents.
Why We Collect It
Your data is processed strictly for assessing job qualifications, scheduling interviews, verifying clinical or technical licensures, making job offers, and completing employee onboarding. AVMLabs never sells candidate data.
Retention Period
Candidate records are maintained for up to 12 months following application to consider you for future matching openings. For hired employees, records are retained in compliance with regional labor and healthcare statutory regulations.
Your Rights & Regulatory Compliance
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your candidate data at any time by contacting hr@avmlabs.com.
We process candidate data in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023.
